CRISIS INFORMATION

Emergencies

If you, a family member or a friend are in immediate serious crisis, please go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care for help or call 911.  Then please contact Pastor Dave at
714-5154 and inform him of your situation.

Helps for Managing a Crisis

  1. Don’t make hasty decisions
  2. Don’t isolate yourself
  3. Ask for help
  4. Talk to family and Friends
  5. Avoid drugs and alcohol
  6. Keep regular meal and sleep times
  7. Be patient with yourself
  8. Remember to breathe deeply
